  • Each resident room or suite is equipped with a SMART LINK Emergency Response System complete with wireless supervised pendant.
  • Upon activation, full two-way voice communication is enabled between staff and resident through wireless telephones.

Staff can instantly determine the nature and location of the emergency and through two way voice they can provide reassurance while going to the resident’s assistance.
Residents may also use their call button in common areas throughout the building if common area SMART LINKS are installed.
